GYROTONIC® Classes and prices

Classes are previosuly reserved and our scheduling goes from 9:30am to 9:3o pm from Monday to Friday and 9:30 to 15:30 on Saturdays.

All sessions are one hour long and are tauch individually, in duo or in 3 clients modality.

New clients will always start with an Introductory Lesson which encompasses a full postural and health assessment that will cost 48€

We ask fo a minimum of 24 hours notice required for a cancellation to the appropriate teacher.

Please wear comfortable exercise clothing and socks. Shoes are not worn in the studio.

GYROTONIC® INDIVIDUAL

GYROTONIC® individual SELF TRAINING

Only available for certified trainers or apprentice trainers and advanced clients.

  • Loose session: 20€

  • 10 sessions package: 185€

Classes and Prices GYROKINESIS®

We teach GYROKINESIS® in small groups of maximum 6 personas and also under request.

Class is 75m long and we work in comfortable clothes and we appreciate if you turn of your mobil phone during the practice.

SCHEDULE: TUESDAY 9:00& Friday 10:))

  • One loose class: 25€

  • One weekly class (4 or 5 classes per month): 85€ / month

Treaments princing

  • Japanese Lifting: 55€ (1h 15 min)

  • Traditional Thai Massage: 55€ (1h 15 min) 65€ ( 1h 30 min)

  • Fussion Thai Massage: 55€ (1h 15 min) 65€ ( 1h 30 min)

  • Thai Foot Reflexology: 45€ (1h)
